AAFS 2026

Volunteer at AAFS 2026!

Volunteer opportunities are open for any attendee who wishes to help support AAFS and the AAFS conference. Student Affiliates and Professional Affiliates are eligible to request a registration waiver in exchange for a minimum of 8 hours of volunteer service at the conference. Non-Members are eligible to request a registration waiver in exchange for a minimum of 12 volunteer hours. 

Student Affiliates and Professional Affiliates will be given first priority for shift selection, followed by non-members. 

Student Affiliates and Professional Affiliates opening date for shift selection: October 31^st

Non-Member opening date for shift selection: November 7^th

Our program is driven by the commitment of our incredible community; we hope you will join us in making the 2026 conference a success!​

Starting on October 31^st at 9 AM MT, Student Affiliates and Professional Affiliates will be able to sign up to volunteer using the link below. On November 7th, shift selection will become available for non-members at the same link.
