Interested in Serving on a Committee?

It is not too early to start planning for the 2025-26 year — committee chairs and the Board of Directors already are!

If you are interested in serving on a committee, log in to your AAFS Account and click the "Committee Interest" tab. Here you may check your interest in serving on a section committee or specific Academy-wide committees. These lists are considered when filling vacancies, and the committee interest form is the preferred way to express interest in serving on a committee. Before selecting Academy-wide committees, consult the Policy and Procedure Manual to make sure you hold the membership status that may be required for that particular committee.
