Why the AAFS 2025 Team Is Thankful

With the Thanksgiving Holiday coming up next week in the United States, the AAFS Conference team wanted to share a few things we are thankful for this year as we approach our next event taking place February 17-22, 2025, in Baltimore, MD.

Each year, the AAFS Conference offers over 1,000 presentations, sessions, posters, seminars, and more educational content. All of this is made possible by our incredible authors and presenters, representing some of the leading organizations and agencies in the field of forensics. Our conference literally could not happen without them, and we are immensely appreciative of the time and effort they give each year to ensure our content is top quality, relevant, and impactful.

Our Volunteers

Putting together one of the largest leading forensic science conferences doesn't happen on its own. It takes a massive amount of time and dedication from our myriad of volunteers, including our Program Committee, abstract reviewers, AAFS leadership (including AAFS, FSF, ASB, FEPAC, and more), section leadership, and our army of on-site volunteers (many of them up-and-coming forensic students). The countless hours offered by these amazing individuals are what makes the AAFS Conference so successful.
