FSF Emerging Forensic Scientist Award Recipients Announced

The 26th Annual Forensic Sciences Foundation (FSF) Emerging Forensic Scientist Award competition was hosted in Baltimore, MD. The following presenters were selected as the 2025 winners by the panel of judges:

  • Cesar E. Cantu, PhD (Criminalistics), was selected for the presentation, "Lucilia Mexicana and Its Population Structure in Texas"
  • Marion E. Davidson, MSc (Anthropology), was selected for the presentation, "Standard Operating Procedures for Forensic Anthropology at Accredited United States Laboratories: A Preliminary Assessment"

Congratulations to the winners! They will both receive expense reimbursement to attend the 78th Annual Scientific Conference in New Orleans, LA.
