Government Rates: Both properties will offer a portion of the AAFS rooms at the GSA prevailing government rate for federal, state, and local government employees; such rates will be available once the 2024 rate schedule is published by the General Services Administration. AAFS and the partner hotels will run regular checks to validate bookings made under the government rate, and ineligible bookings will be automatically converted to the standard rate.
