Anthropology Section Call for Nominations

At the Anthropology Section Business Meeting in February, the new Application Recommendation ad hoc Committee was created. This committee was formed to help students and trainee affiliates (particularly from international locations), in our section who are lacking sponsors because they do not have access to Members or Fellows. This Committee will connect individuals in our section with those who need sponsorship. The responsibility of committee members will be to review the CV of those individuals needing a sponsor, set up Zoom meetings to get to know the individuals so you would feel comfortable providing sponsorship to those individuals who do not have access to Members or Fellows, or put them in contact with someone who is able to sponsor them.
