About the Book

After a short introduction, the prologue begins with the plane crash of Delta Air Lines Flight 191 at Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport on August 2, 1985, which Scott witnessed while conducting a walk-around inspection of a plane he was about to fly to New York. The impact of this tragedy and the insight it provided propelled him on a professional journey assisting high-consequence organizations around the globe. For the first time, Scott has collected strategies for success that can help any individual, business, or organization achieve sustainable high reliability.
