Reservation Instructions:
For hotel availability during the American Academy of
Forensic Sciences 62nd Annual Scientific Meeting, click

By using this link, you will receive the group rate
for your stay during the AAFS Annual Meeting.
Do not call the hotel directly or book your room through the main hotel
reservation/online system. In order to receive the meeting rate, you must
make your reservations through the Seattle Housing Bureau link provided
below or by calling (888) 877-0255. Be sure to book your hotel reservation by
January 21, 2010. After this date, the conference rate may no
longer be available.

There is no other official source for making hotel reservations for
the AAFS conference in Seattle. We have been alerted that another
company named Convention Expo Travel has been soliciting
business to assist in making hotel reservations. They are not
related to our meeting nor have they been provided exhibitor or
attendee contact information. Convention Expo Travel
does not represent the AAFS or
its membership.
AAFS works hard to negotiate the best possible rates for our meeting
at the best hotels to meet your needs. Please book your rooms
directly through the Seattle Housing Bureau at 888-877-0255 or the
direct link. We look forward to seeing you in Seattle.
